Our Ercan Burgers were one of the indispensable flavors on the menu of our Ercan Steakhouse restaurant. Ercan Steakhouse is the world's largest meat restaurant with its classics of Turkish cuisine and timeless steaks. Over time, our carefully prepared hamburger on our menu began to be ordered by thousands of our guests. This is where we decided to establish Turkey's largest local burger chain in order to serve healthy burgers to everyone.
